I have only dealt with this company once. I did receive some help but at the end I was just as confused as when I started. I just received short curt answers. I just wanted to know if this was the Workers comp agency that made a determination on my claim. The answer I received was, read the form. Ms. haley really was not a friendly people person. Thanks
