Best Buy? Worst Service. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I used to do a lot of purchasing at Best Buy, but every time I had to return something they always tried to argue and insist that they couldn't except the return even if it had been less than 30 days and the item was defective! If you try to call they will put you on hold and never come back to the phone. It's not just the service department either. The sales staff doesn't really know about their products and they will tell you anything to make a sale. Maybe other Best Buy locations aren't like this, but if that's true then the corporation needs to shut this location down.



DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BEST BUY THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO RETURN

This was my second time buying at best buy and honestly i am regret it, and regret suggesting this store to my friends. The first time i bought a computer at this store it was fine until one of the keys got stuck and i took it back to be fixed, they fixed it and it seemed to be fine at the store when i got it home they keys on the keyboard were sticking up. I let it go because my year warranty was over.



The second time which was just last weekend i bought my daughter a laptop for her birthday and everything was fine with it she was enjoying the computer. We noticed that the keys on the keyboard would freeze every once in a while and would not make any function, and than they would go back to normal. We let it go but it kept on happening so we took it to the store and showed it to them and told them that we did not want the computer because we didn't want to have what happen to our last laptop. The attitude we received from the geek squad and the sale representatives was nasty, and very unprofessional. They asked us if we had eaten on the computer and we told them no, and if we had spilled something on it. The laptop was BARELY used i had just bought it last weekend! They would not take the computer back and they said the only way they would take it back was if we paid a 15% fee and it was in the month of being able to return the computer. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone, the service i received was horrible and i don;t think i will ever shop there again. Not even if it's the last store in this planet.



* I do not know why they said on their receipt "FOR FULL REFUND, PLEASE RETURN TO THE STORE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE" i returned the computer within the 30 days. They have no idea how many of us go through trouble to get something like that and we get low quality products and services it's not exactly fair. Maybe because we are immigrants.



This was an awful experience and i learned from it.

To Whom It May Concern, preferably a Manager: No Message AT ALL on your phone line!!! It just rings. I was in your store on Tuesday, December 18th, and purchase approx. $300.00 worth of stuff. The gentleman rang it up incorrectly the first time and then said he voided it and rang it up a second time. Both transactions came out of my checking account and there is no void of the first transaction. This needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. - Dana L. Tryon
