Hi my name is Jo Ann and I am going to rate a place I haven't been only because of two things.# It hasn't been rated yet and I know that it should have been a long time ago.# The lady on the phone that I talked to when I inquired about renting an apartment was so courteous and just plain nice that I couldn't help myself. If I passed up this opportunity I wouldn't be able to sleep.
