We called for an appointment to get our carpet cleaned. When we called the day before the scheduled date to make sure of what time they would be coming, they said that the appointment was never made and they were booked. I would think that any reputable business would have either offered to make arrangements to come or to at least offer a discounted carpet cleaning for a different date, but they did not. I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!! I am very dissatisfied with their business as well as their customer service.
