I just called to get some information on balloons....sales person was very pleasant and helpful.

The majority of this store's employees are very rude and unhelpful. I went into the store on several occasions while planning my son's birthday party and was more disappointed in the staff each time. The topper was, after purchasing $50.00 in balloons, I requested two extra strings and they charged me for them. I will not ever shop at this location
