Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind is a learning center that provides educational programs in sign languages and daily living and vocational skills. It provides classes for students up to the age of 22. The school offers outreach and campus-based programs for students who are visually- and hearing-impaired. Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind operates an educational resource center that provides instructional materials and training for teachers and parents. It organizes summer camps and maintains a chorus group. The school also maintains an online library that features books, videos, audiotapes, educational aides and related resources. Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind also offers Baby Watch Early Intervention, which is a publicly funded program that serves children and families.
