I've never seen dogs treated this bad in a pound.

My wife and I went to this business for eye check up and glasses. When we turned in our new patient information we were asked for our medical insurance on top of our eye insurance. This is something that neither of us had been expected to do at previous eye centers so my wife questioned them. Their response was in case something medical came up. We didn���t agree to this so we told them we would go elsewhere to which they became quite defensive. After having to demand our paperwork multiple times and upon walking out, one of the receptionists told my wife that she clearly needed therapy. My wife was stern, but in no way rude, offensive, or unreasonable. I demanded to speak with the manager who actually had no concern with how his staff treated us.

I guess if you're a mindless robot who will not question their policies you will have a great experience. I couldn't comment on their DR's since I didn't get that far.
