I have been going to superior computers for years. I have always been treated with respect and they have gone out of thier way to help me. I have sent many of my family and friends to superior and they have all been happy with the service and knowledge. I would recommend this store to anybody.

IF I could give 0 stars I would. My laptop screen broke so they repaired it under warranty. The screen broke again because they used electric tape to hold the connection together! When he went to plug it back in, they fried the motherboard and the screen so they had to order both parts! They had it over a month and replaced the screen with some crappy off brand screen that has a terrible viewing angle!!! They never called to tell me when I would get it, they actually said every week I would get it next week and I actually had to ask for a call when the parts came in. This is a crap repair and a crap company. They've totally devalued my laptop. AVOID REPAIRS HERE...worthless, I should've just done it myself. At least I wouldn't have fried the motherboard.

I have bought computers and laptops and have been a customer for years. Lately, the service has been poor. I brought my laptop to the Ogden store. Waited 2 weeks (date they said it would be done), went to store, and they could not find it. Had to call the next day, they found it but it had not been worked on. After 2 more weeks, the virus was removed but they had did not have the fan. They were suppose to call when the fan arrived. Never called. When I called, they said it was there but did not whose it was ordered for.. I traveled 15 miles only to find it was NOT the right fan. Chad said he would order the right one and call me. 2-3 weeks have gone by. I have tried 5 times today to talk to him but he has been too busy and now has left. Poor service

So So anymore

I have purchased 3 computers from Superior. The first computer lasted me for 4 years with-out a glitch or hardware failure. The second was a laptop. 2 years and still running strong! The 3rd computer I purchased was a nightmare! The Techs could NOT figure out what was wrong with it. So after months of trials, failures and frustration, I asked them to build me a new one. They did build me a new comp free of charge but was only happy with it to a point, the hardware was not what I wanted/requested, and a month later it had a hardware failure again! They used to have great customer service! But as of late the feeling is they are willing to work with you, but don't really give two flips and a flop about you. They just seem to do what they need to do to get you off their backs and out of their store. I don't think I will be purchasing computers from this company again. Advice to Superior: If you are so damn busy, hire more competent techs and bring back your great customer service!

These guys know there computers. I am previous totally awesome customer and superior has taken care of that machine for me and i have two of superior machines. Anytime I have them worked on it is free. Only problem I have ever had is they dont open til ten am.

Bad Review

I owned a PC 3 years ago we paid to upgrade it. They gave us a lifetime service warranty. We took it in every so often for tune ups well the last time i took it in it needed a fan and heatsink. Well The CPU failed and they were trying to charge me 600 for a new Computer. And they refused to fix it they said it had viruses. GO TO PC LAPTOPS. They got me on the Rite Track helped me find a new CPU for $8.00 and $10.00 for some heat sink compound which was not on the old one they replaced. THEY SABOTAGED MY COMPUTER BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN HANDING OUT LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY'S AND THEY AREN'T MAKING ANY MONEY ANY MORE. THERE PC ARE LIKE

$600 - $1200 LET THEM GO.
