We needed a new Doctors office. I hesitated outside for 15 minutes before I went i. I was so pleased with the service. the kindness and the help we received. I feel like I have found a home.

They're OK if you have no other options, otherwise I wouldn't bother. We have been disappointed since we signed up. With it being an urgent care also, they struggle to keep up only having a few exam rooms. My last appointment took me over 2 hours after a 90 minute wait (after my appointment time) due to "walk in" urgent care cases. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear almost everything from the exam rooms & lobby. It doesn't feel very *private*. The staff is friendly, but not great.. and you still end up paying every visit if you need any type of work done (On top of the monthly fee & copay). Expect at least $100 per visit. This coupled with the long waits & tiny office.. it's a bomb. Parking is horrible. There are other "low cost" clinics that are less of a headache than Summit. Good points: At least there are no surprise bills. You know exactly what you're paying, so there are no insane bills.
