Worst installation ever. Can't get them back to fix. Would NEVER recommend this co.

Bigger windows sagged and would not open and close after a while. Bad caulk used that dried and yellowed and allowed water to run inside walls and down the basement walls . They damaged windowsill and I had to pay to have fixed. They damaged the wall and I had to fix myself. Used same latch on both sides of big windows so they were upside down. Basement windows were not measured correctly so they were installed at different depths, not the same as original windows that were all uniform. Said they would re-caulk when bid, but only touched up inside and later told me it would cost more to have caulked like other bids, which was higher than 5 other bids. Bigger windows were made too small and Moyes Glass built some strange trim in order to make them fit and had to be double-caulked. All this was noticed by the other 5 bidders who all said "Whoever installed these windows sure did a sh#%y job." One bidder asked "Did Moyes Glass do this install?" I said yup. He responded "Explains a lot."
