First off I posted a great 1 star review and they took it down. With that being said you know they are trying to get lousy reviews on here. They are clearly not to be trusted in anything they do. Secondly I went in to the store with my parents to find a filter for our pool and the man and lady we're very rude to my mother and mainly my father when we went in and told them we got the wrong filter and would like to exchange or get our money back they were flipping us off, cursing, and telling us to leave the store, threatened us many many times. I've never have such poor service in my whole life. They are thieves and out for your money. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I'm so disgusted.

These guys don't even deserve a star. They were in the store helping my father. When he bought the part, he came home and found it didn't fit. When he returned, the store owner was saying that she will help find the part. My dad wasn invited to the back by another employee. When he found the part he needed, the woman owner kicked him out making him leave both the money he wanted for the returned items and the returned items. She then refused to give service to my parents who were being polite about things. This company is full of thieves and deserves to be shut down. I could bet the only returning customers are relatives. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life

These guys know their stuff. I have been comming to them for 15 years now and they have always helped me with our pool since they installedIt. They do get busy in the summer and you may have to wait for them a week, but it's worth it!

On my trip from Idaho to Wyoming I stopped into this business to see if they carried the right pool cartridge for my pool. I talked to a young lady with whom I described the cartridge to and she proceeded to take me into their back storage room and showed me the cartridges they had. I picked out a cartridge that I thought was large enough for my filter and asked her that if it wasn't the right one could I return it with the the receipt. She said yes. Once home in Wyoming, I discovered it was too small. On a trip back to Idaho the following week I tried to return the cartridge. The owner wanted to charge a restocking fee for a special order item. I told her I did not special order anything and just needed my money back. She continued to argue with me and refused to give me my money back stating she remembered ordering it for me. She then proceeded to kick me out of her store and lock the doors. Amazing! Now I have to take them to court. I will not be back to do business there again.

Highly recommend these guys for repairs. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. We have a tub from a company that has gone out of business but these guys were still able to get the parts we needed.
