Wednesday Nov. 21st I paid $10 for a car wash. I entered car wash, doors closed in front and behind car, wash started, soap all over car and stopped. I was stuck inside, couldn't get out. I got out of car and pushed the emergency door open button to open doors and drove out with my car still covered in soap. I called the emergency phone number listed and got a recorded message saying they would get back to me. They did not. I drove the car home and rinsed the soap off. I still have not received a return call from the management. I am very pissed off, not because of the car wash, those things can happen. I'm mad because no one ever returned my calls! That sucks!
