This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced I use to be a member but when i went in for my routine exam and they prescribed me with torrics it took 2 months to receive this trial pair then they REFUSED to order any more until the followup i went for a follow up to see a car had ran into the building not being informed to rescheduled i called many times and always got the run around" we will call you back to reschedule" I have been stuck with this trial pair now for 7 months ! i can not order anywhere else because i do not have my RX that i can not obtain, i wasted $100+ on a membership what great benefits !
