I contacted Ad Craft to do a sign for a backlit can on the building I rent in West Haven. It was very important to me to have a quality job done. Well what can I say. Great Job! Ad Craft. Spoke to them about getting a sign made, waited and waited, called and called, no answer; left messages, no call back. Walked in several times, but the person I needed to talk to was never there. Finally got them to come out and take pictures of my location to get a proper quote, and was never contacted. They knew the deadline for my sign and made no effort to try to get my sign made by that day. Apparently they dont need/want my money, so I went to FastSigns in Riverdale instead and they were able to get my sign done quicker and cheaper. Dont let AdCraft waste your time like they did mine.

Ad Craft has always done a great job for us. They get the work done quickly and it is always an extremely good job. Their quality is superb and the employees are the best! We have always been happy with the job they have done. We will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
