I had a complaint about a daycare bus driver and went to a supervisor with it. Two weeks later my I am threatened with my son being kicked out of daycare because he was biting. Several of the staff members came to me and told me that he was being singled out because of my complaint. Yes it is true he was biting from time to time, which he learned there. One week his teacher tells me he is not the worst and that she doesn't usually have a problem with him, but she wasn't sure how well the children were being watched when she wasn't there. The very next week she was complaining about him. Moved him to another Y daycare and things were fine until the two directors showed up from the old daycare. Now we are starting all over again with the same problem of being threatened, this time it is scratching.

Went in for a tour and will not be returning. Staff and members were cursing with my children around. The gals at the front desk were rude and did'nt appreciate me interrupting their chatting. They also charge you an additional outrageous fee to use their sauna, which is one of the reasons I wanted to join. I am not paying extra for it. The YMCA needs to leave off their "christian" statements, as I see nothing Christian about the place.

I BOOKED A BIRTHDAY PARTY A WEEK IN ADVANCE AT THE YMCA. PAID THE 135.00 DEPOSIT AND WAS ISSUED A RECIEPT. ARRIVED A WEEK LATER TO SET UP FOR THE PARTY AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY DAUGHTERS PARTY. I HAD TO WAIT FOR A LIFGUARD TO SHOW UP AND WAS RUSHED THROUGH MY DAUGHTERS PARTY AT THAT. I WILL NEVER USE THE YMCA AGAIN.
