I had been their customer many years since they first opened until they ruined a 7 month old $300.00 king size comforter. It was only a little soiled on the edge. When I got it back it had several black grease and oil stains. I took it back. It still had the same stains plus what looked to be white glue all over it. They said it was my word against theirs and besides I signed a disclaimer. If they have what they say is my signature on anything besides a credit card transaction it is a forgery. Not only did they ruin my comforter they didnt even offer to refund the $50.13 I paid for it to be cleaned. If you dont care if your comforter gets ruined then here is the place to take it. They wont stand behind their work, wont offer any compensation for ruining things and will call you a liar besides. What a deal!
