Not only is my doctor amazing but he's so handsome. He's young too so at first I was nervous but he knows exactly what he's doing so I felt at ease immediately. I wish I needed a lot of work done just so I can be there all the time. I wonder if he's single...

I went in for my regular check up and I absolutely love Dr. Kim. She has been my doctor for the last 2 1/2 years. She's so nice and has such a light hand. She made sure I was comfortable and has done all my cleanings and fillings. The staff is friendly and the facility is decent. Will definitely be staying here.

Familia is a nice place to go get your dental work done at reasonable prices. I say reasonable because I have had the experience of shopping around for the best prices. The doctor was very nice as she agreed to do my dentures in a way so that I can make payments once in a month. Staff were very friendly and took the anxiety about the appointment. I am happy that I am going to get my dentures finally!

Dental Butchers. Unnecessary replacement of fillings disturbed nerves now need root canals and teeth pulled. These guys push for unneeded extra work for their profit gain

Orthodontist only available once a month and appointments are never available and they are always booked. It will be months before you can be seen but they will continue to bill your insurance company for their monthly fee. 24 months was up and wanted an additonal 12 months of treatment as only 13 appointments, including bonding, were available in 24 months. Stay away from this orthodontist!!!! They have found a loop hole where they can legally collect money from you and your insurance company and they don't have to see you every 4 to 8 weeks as they tell you. Do not waste your time with these scum bags!

They are so rude they can never check to see is insurance is good to go or either they tell you to go in and you show up and they tell you your not on the scheduled very rude girls poor Dr. In the back its not ya its the girls up front

Aside from never having an orthodontist when we need one and always being booked when he is in town...we rarely got seen and have been stuck with braces longer than planned not because we needed them but because we couldn't get seen. Spending hours in the office waiting to be seen, spending hours in the chair waiting to be worked on, and not knowing if we'd get the same dr or same tech.

Seven months longer than planned (because of lack of their availability) we had our retainer impressions done and braces adjusted. Well, she never finished the adjustment. Now the retainer won't fit because the woman didn't finish. I write "woman" but it should read "girl." A dr doesn't check the techs work so we stupidly trust the work that we've pound thousands for...needless to say we are no happy and can't wait to never come back again. His teeth are completely jacked up! They screwed up the alignment!!! Wth is the purpose of an ortho?!?

I loved the facility. Dr. Gallegos was excellent and quick.

The staff is awesome!! they are friendly, knowledgeable and competent! For them, customer service is just part of their being.

I feel like Familia Dental has a very nice staff! I always feel comfortable when I have to come in. I look forward to my next visit!
