If you want customer service go with another cable company - it took me forever just to pay a bill - I am in another state and pay the bills for my husband who is working and living temporarily in Odessa - tried to register to pay on line but the system would not recognize the account number - account became locked - sent email requesting that account be unlocked - no response after a week - tried to call this morning but no area code listed on bill, only 7 digit phone number - looked the area code up and then had to listen to a ridiculously long message about paperless billing, right, when I can not get on line anyway.... Some people may have time to deal with these obstacles but I do not - I am mailing the payment today and if this company were not the only one available at the complex that my husband has rented an apartment at I would be
