I live in South Carolina but I visited these guys while I was down in Florida. They operate out of a building that is filled with dispalys of all their products. It was really quite amazing being in there. I saw just about every product I never knew existed. But anyway; whiel I was down there they took me out to their gate and demonstrated one of their gate openers that they both sell and use on a daily basis. Joel there was quite informative. He filled me in on all the things that I would encounter during install; reprogrammed the gate movements on their gate so I could try it out; really took the time to help me understand the gate oepner. Once it cooled off some I pulled the trigger and bought that same opener and had it shipped to me. Joel said to call him if I needed any help but he was so good when I was there it was not needed. My estate swing works great and I am one happy customer.

I ordered a gate package from Gatecrafters via Web Direct. After sending me the wrong item, I had to convince them the parts didn't fit together, at which point they told me they would send me the post I originally ordered. A month later, they couldn't tell me why it never shipped. At this point all I wanted was a refund. After paying to ship the wrong parts back and having them deduct 15% for their trouble, I'm out $100 and got nothing but a hassle. Don't shop with these guys.
