Paragon Development Systems is an information technology services and solutions provider for medium and large sized organizations. As a technology services company, PDS architects, supplies, implements and manages IT infrastructure. Headquartered in Oconomowoc, Wis., with offices in Brookfield and Madison Wis., PDS services clients nationwide in four primary markets, which include healthcare government/higher-education, corporate and professional services. In addition to being an enterprise tier product reseller, PDS manufactures its own PDS-branded personal computers in an ISO 9001:2000-certified, 28,000-square-foot configuration center. PDS has also made investments with constructing an in-house, service desk station based out of the Madison office offering clients an ITIL compliant resource for service management.
