Lydia is the BEST! My daughter was so scared to get her ears pierced and we stayed there for about an hour trying to convince her that is wasn't gonna hurt.. Lydia was patient and very knowledgeable and AMAZING with kids! She played with her and made her laugh and her service was impeccable. GREAT PRICES compared to other stores, but let me tell you, they could be the most expensive one in the mall because with her/their customer service I would still give them my business. Highly highly highly recommend.
