if you want attitude from the manager to the waitress then this is the place for you

they have such a bad attitude in every sense,they do nothing to accomadate you

food is good but not worth dealing with there attitudes.

the seating is horrible and so is the service,and its to bad

because the food is good!

there are plenty of restaurants in the area,no one ever needs to wait and get a attitude on top of it.

I received a voucher from Travelzoo.com as a present to eat at this restaurant. We called ahead of time because the voucher said we had to come after 9pm on Saturday and when we spoke to the person who was on the phone, she said don't worry come on in and we will get you seated even if it's early. We arrived a 7pm and waited until 8:30 to be seated! When we sat down and a waitress approached us (8:40pm) we presented the voucher and she said we could not use it because of the 9pm rule. She had the manager speak to us and when we explained what the person on the phone said when we called, he did not care. I explained that we are 20 minutes away from 9pm can he just honor this because of the miscommunication. His answer was No and he expected us to pay for everything and use the voucher another time. Now mind you we already spent money at the bar for drinks and we did not have anything to eat yet after waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes. When we got up to leave the manager tried to take the voucher from us and we snatched it right out of his hands. This was the worst restaurant experience ever and we would never recommend this place to eat at and the service was awful and embarrassing.
