Technician - Mark repaired my 10 year old Gas Fireplace and once he left after the first visit the fireplace didn't work again. He came back the very next day and replaced other parts and it works fine now. I highly recommend company and staff as he went above and beyond to get this unit to work properly without charging me extra man hours.
