Been waiting 2 weeks for my first contacts consultation, appointment keeps getting cancelled! Customer service is a horror! One sales person pressured me into buying mens frames. Another pointed her finger in my face and scolding me in front of other customers when i questioned the wait on my contacts. Unprofessional employees. Never using them again.

Horrible customer service. One employee is worse than the next - they have no idea what is going on. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, money or aggravation at this place, something I should have done a long time ago!!
