  Dr. Victor Dalforno founded Waring Court Pediatrics in 1980 and the name was changed to Waring Court Pediatric and Adult Medical Group in 1999. He is a board certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He attended medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and received his M.D. degree in 1969. He did his residency at Highland General in Oakland, California and Oakland Naval Hospital. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton until 1977 when he resigned his commission in the regular Navy and founded El Camino Pediatrics in Encinitas where he was for 2 years prior to moving to Oceanside. Professional associations include Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, San Diego County Medical Society, and California Medical Association. He was an active member of Tri City Medical Center until this past year. He has been President/CEO of Greater Tri-Cities from 2001 to the present.

  Morgan graduated from USC in 2016 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Psychology and Law, Fight on!! In 2022, she graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with a Masters as a Physician Assistant. She spent her first year out of school working in Dermatology and is well versed on a variety of Dermatological conditions.
