this is by far the worst postal delivery service I have ever had. they deliver my mail wrong all the time then put in that i moved with no forwarding and I can not believe they are so lazy they can not even put a sticky note on a person door. regarding this issue. I did not move I have never moved with out leaving a forwarding . I still am not receiving my mail . the friend and family that sent me christmas cards and gifts still have not received the things back I have checks that are in limbo due to the incompeitents of the usps. & they cant understand why they are failing. well with you have a bunch of retards working that will not due their jobs and take pride in what they due your company ends up failing miserable. the service here has screwed my life up 2 years in a row due to delivering to wrong box the idiot that receives it stating that no longer at this address moved no forwarding. not really looking at address on mail to see that it is delivered to wrong box period.

This has got to be the worst Post Office in the known universe. Any time I have been unfortunate enough to use it, the line is always out the door regardless of the time of day or whether it's a busy time of year. Also, recently made the mistake of mailing my Christmas cards there and several have not reached their destination nearly two weeks later......destinations like Encinitas.....from Oceanside.......nearly two weeks?..... My bad I guess - should have known better.

This place is a joke

This is the worst post office with the worst service. I have gone into the post office 3 times in the last 10 days asking for my mail to be re-delivered with no success. LAlso, you were so kind as to lose a certified letter I stamped and mailed there at the post office on October 10, 2011. The item has not been delivered and I have had to call your 800 number twice now to start an investigation as to what has occured with the letter. I am not sure what is happening with the communication at the site, but perhaps you should consider better management or re-training personnel. I am very disappointed at the service I have received from the postal service. It is this type of non-responsiveness that makes the public want to get rid of all civil service workers and their sense of entitlement and bring in real people who understand what it is to have to work for a living or be fired, no protected by some old union strategy. Dead wood is not good to leave lying around.
