I tried other computer repair places like Best Buy, CompUSA and they erased everything on my system and reinstalled windows. Loosing all my contacts, emails, documents and programs. They say it was the only way to fix the problem. Then I tried 24hr Computer Housecalls their tech guy had been doing computer repair for over 10 years, not like the young kids I've seen at the big shops which apparently don't have enough know-how so they just erased everything to fix a computer. Instead, 24hr computer found the problem, fix-it and safeguarded my data. I had it back the very same day. Very impressed with the professional service and personal attention they gave me. This is what I expected but never got from previous repair companies. They should learn from 24hr Computer Housecalls how to treat their customers. Highly recommend.
