People welcome your dog like its there own. People are so nice, if u need a please for your dogs to be groom hands down the best.

Never take ANY of your pets here! I took my shih tzu here for the first time and he came back with a horrible haircut and he had a huge gash on his leg! He was limping for a few days. Never take your pets here. They just lost a customer.

Took my Shih Tzu in for his first grooming experience. Everyone there was kind and friendly and my dog was greeted warmly. He was not scared to be left there. I told the groomer exactly what I wanted done-cut hair growing between his pads, nails clipped, trim around his eyes and a hygiene cut. 2 hours later they called to tell me he was ready. Well he looked, felt and smelled wonderful. His long silky hair was soft and flowing. She even trimmed around the bottoms of his feet so his leg hair is just barely above the ground, perfectly smooth and even. This will be the only groomer that I will be taking Sir Fluff to. Excellent job by excellent people!!

This is the only place in Ocean Springs I am comfortable leaving my dogs for baths or boarding. Some of my rescue dogs have issues with trimmers, having their nails trim and trusting other people. Everyone at Sandi's treats my dogs like their own. One of the poms was terrified of the trimmers so Ken would take the time to hold him while he was being groomed! These are good people who care about pets.

I took my two dogs to be groomed. One of my dogs has an attitude when it comes to getting nails trimmed. I warned both men (one the groomer) about it. I was told they would call when the dogs were done. I asked about how long as I had some place to be at 5 in the afternoon. At 9:30 I was told it would be about 2-3 hours. At 1 I called to check on how the dogs were coming. Sandi's husband answered and said the last dog was almost done and then my dogs would be next. At 4 my husband called and asked if the dogs were ready, to which Sandi's husband rudely told my husband just to "just come get your dogs." I walked in and was automatically met with hostility from him about how I never told him I was on a time constraint (which I had not). I reminded him on the time frame he had given me which he again went off on me and told me he never said such a thing and not to call him a liar. He then turned to the groomer and said "Get her dogs and get her out of here." He then turned to me and said "Oh and by the way, your dog bit me." I reminded him yet again, "Sir I told you both twice she tends to bite and you would need to muzzle her." I have never been treated so rudely or unprofessionally. The groomer, Aaron did a good job grooming one of my two dogs. The other was just getting a bath and nails done so no grooming involved. He was polite the whole time to me. If I could rate Aaron I would give him a 4 out of 5. However, with the way the husband treated me I will NEVER go back and would NOT recommend this place to anybody.

Taking your animal to Sandi's is like taking your animal to visit your Mom or your favorite Aunt.....she and her family and her staff treat your animal as if it were their own. I have had animals for over 40 years and have yet to find a groomer with such care and compassion. My animals had to be watched and cared for while I and my husband went out of town for a week.....our little pek-a-poo got a little anxious the first nite and Sandi hand fed and rocked him.....now truthfully she did what I would do.....these people are amazing.....and I trust them with my heart.
