Horrible and costly experience in Ocean Springs. Ordered a pad to go under an oriental carpet that sits on wall to wall carpet. The first girl said I probably don't need one. DUH? Then said I need a pad with one side rubber and one side material. I ordered it for $ 125.00. I called to see if the rubber side goes up or down. They said down. Carpet creeped and wrinkled. Called again and they said rubber side up. Worse. There is a great pad called No-Muv that I had in Atlanta, Rhode doesn't carry it. Called the Oriental Rug Dealers Association and they said rubber pads are only for hardwood floors. Rhodes will not refund my money. By the way, I had to pay two men twice to install and switch pad sides. STAY AWAY.
