I am regular customer. I love the place and the fact I get liquids custom blended to my taste and way below the other store's so called Premium liquids price. I do understand when you are only place around who provides a product, you get busy. I have on occasion got a bad piece of hardware from them. I took it in with receipt and got on the spot replacement. I believe if you order something online and it does not work, especially in the age of all the cleverly disguised clones on the market, you don't carry it to a local business and expect them to warranty your online, Taiwan made look alike. Super store, great custom made flavors, excellent customer service.

Not a great experience. Ocean Springs store. Lady makes you feel like your a burdon just being there. Not helpful in describing flavors or helpin find a flavor. Not like you find in a vaping community. Usually great helping people. This OS shop has a way of making you fell like your wasting there time being there. Dread having to ever go back. Never has the same premium. You might find one you love but can't order again

Well hello vapers. Just a note to let all 537 people who like this company to BEWARE of their hardware and replacement/return policy. Yesterday I stopped in at the OS store to get a replacement glass tank for my Nautilus mini that I have had for 4-5 months which I bought online from a different company. This morning I replaced the tank glass and after about 20 minutes of vaping the tank cracked all the way down. I took the packaging and the reciept back to the store and the guy said he had to call the owner. Long story short they said sorry no refund and they had no replacemnt. I don't know if they had a replacement if they would have done so. The good news is the Aspire tank is genuine as per security code. The problem is the customer service. I would like to recommend to all locals to find a shop that values customers and not just the money!

Great flavors and they have so many to choose from. The customer service was outstanding and I am glad they are in Ocean Springs.
