I have been coming to your car wash for several years and until recently I havent had any issues. However, the last several times that I have gotten my vehicle cleaned at your facility I have had nothing but issues. #1. The black man that checks the customers in as you pull up to the vacuums; He gives a verbal quote but when I get to the cashier the price is far higher than he initially quoted. This has happened several times. #2. My overall satisfaction of the car wash experience has fallen drastically. The widows are never clean. I pay extra money to have the doors panels cleaned and protected but constantly have to" remind" the person cleaning the vehicle of that fact. The overall cleanliness of the vehicle has fallen drastically. #3. Yesterday, one of your attendants actually backed my vehicle into another vehicle causing damage to the door of the other vehicle. Your service is completely unsatisfactory and I will never use your facilities again.

Vacumn service was good, wash was good but the interior cleaning was horrible. I had drops of coffee/coke/juice on the driver side door & asked that it be wiped down. The man wrote it on the slip and put it on the dash. I also had cup rings on the dash that was very noticeable that needed wiping. He sprayed glass cleaner on the front windshield and didn't even wipe it clean. The stains on the door & the dash were still there. . There was still dust on the dash and he didn't even wipe the console. They are rushing to get the vehicles out in record time and not doing a good job. Didn't say anything but IF I ever go back I will make sure to say something

The attendant gives you several choices of the types of services available such as full inside-outside service with Armor All on tires and super wax, or less if you are in a hurry. The very first service your car receives is vacuuming and a scent that you choose. Your car then goes through the automatic wash where the outside of gets thoroughly soaped and delicately brushed and rinsed. It then comes out where the detailer begins to wipe down the outside and shine up the inside: dash, seats, windows, etc. Last is tires, final touches on the outside. The detailer always waits until you check the results and, if anything is not exactly to your liking, they will make it right before you leave. I have always received top notch service at Classy Chassis and I wouldn't take my red VW Bug anywhere else!!
