If you want to be screwed over, use these people!

I used these folks during an emergency kitchen flooding. When I called them with the emergency, they were LESS than interested; and couldn't/wouldn't even supply me with the number of the local water authority... When they did show up and repair the faucet, the first time I used it it didn't work. They did come the next morning and fix it free, but after I looked closely at the bill, I realized they had overcharged me. (They wrote down 1.5 hours and charged me for 2.0 hours.) When I called Loretta (the gal at the phones) and left a message about it, I was ignored. I called a second time and she "said" she would call me back, but I never heard anything. I have them dead to rights, but they don't care. Attorney General, here I come!! Don't use these people, they are crooks!!!!
