Bought a brand new rubicon 2013 with 5 miles on it. Manager an sales man very cool. The service writer told me never too put my jeep in 4l anyone that's know 13 rubicons understands the lockers only work in 4l. Needless too say I brought there for failure to work. I had too show him what it was he had no idea what it even was. That's preety sad to have a person working a counter for service an has no idea what features comes on the products that they sell. I kno have 4875 my hazards don't work front locker still messed up. Its going to another jeep dealer/service center hopefully they care enough.

My family has bought multiple cars from Seaview. They go above and beyond what is expected at a car dealership. The salespeople and managers are courteous and knowledgeable and we have never had any complaints about the service department. I highly recommend visiting this dealership.

I have had the pleasure of taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Seaview Jeep & Chrysler for a couple of years. I just brought my grandma's car to them and they went above and beyond to fix her chrysler 300. They not only went out of their way to drive her home after she dropped her car off but they also picked her up. When they called her regarding her car, they explained everything to her and myself to make sure we were clear about the service on the car. They are the best monmouth county jeep service department, even the best nj jeep service department. I would never bring my car somewhere else.

Beware of their service department. They try to get you to do unneeded expensive work and don't care about the problem you brought the car in for.

I gave this company 1 star because the rating system will not allow 0 stars! Purchased car and after 20 days temporary registration expired. It has been close to 2 weeks that I have been unable to drive the car. Company has only excuses, meanwhile I have no title, no registration, no plates. They are willing to proide only verbal apology. If you must buy from them (I strongly recommend against it), I suggest you insist on processing your own paperwork.
