Ive been here multiple times and sometimes with large party's and I've always received the same great exceptional service each time. Very friendly people who work here which always makes it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Ginza to anyone

Surprisingly by the owner herself!!!
Been going there for a long time weekly and would always eat everything we ordered ...last time we attended .. We ordered all you can eat sushi for three. The owner herself served us for the 1st time: a miserable woman horrible attitude, completely unprofessional , disrespectful ... She was getting upset we were ordering too much sushi rolls at one time .. So our last order of 5 rolls .. She decided to turn it into and order of 12 rolls ... And claimed that we had orded 12 more rolls of sushi ... Started yelling at my wife and I in front of my son and my guest like we where peasants in Japan... This biatch thought she was still in Japan..lol not only did she lose three customers but she certainly did not receive a tip .... For her horrible lying accusations and trying to charge us for 7 extra rolls and not to mention her unacceptable behavior toward customers .. "Really" ...Who orders 7 extra rolls and doesn't eat them? My wife and I work for a huge company nearby and we will be sure to let everyone know about our LAST service and horrible experience at ginza sushi .
P.S. The sushi is great but who wants to deal with the wicked ginzaaaa sushi gestapo witch from Japan. Certainly not the only sushi in jersey! ;0) lol. shame on you!
