Brought my bike in to have a rear brake adjustment. The worker then adjusted both brakes without asking and charged $19 for a $15 fee (that should have been $10). 30% tax! Then the brakes weren't even fixed right. I took it back immediately and the worker argued with me that they were fixed properly and no way was I getting my money back. Then he even got heated and in my face a bit. All of this in front of my 3 year old son. Classy place. Avoid this business at all costs.
