Reviews
Stay away from any realtor doing business under the Prudential Fox & Roach banner. I was swindled by two of them from Pru-Fox's nearby Margate, NJ, office-- Mark Arbeit & Lou Solomon. These two teamed up with a convicted criminal, mini-Madoff mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. These three "Real Estate Professionals" yukked it up & high-fived it all around; they point to me as proof they're sooo slick & soooo smart they can unload even a toxic waste dump. You want some real yuks? Dig stories on Arbeit in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Try to imagine the types of questions he was asking those poor little school boys in the middle of the night; imagine the look on his face & the tone of his voice as he did so; now that's genuinely funny stuff! The "takeaway" from all of this? Pru-Fox obviously doesn't "vet" its salespeople. Deal with any of them at your peril!
