They called me to set up an appointment for an estimate. I took the day off from work to meet with them and they were a no-show. I called to verify they were coming and was asked if they could call me back. No call-back either. Totally dissatisfied with their idea of customer service. This site should allow you to rate them a 0 out of 5. It doesn't, which is the only reason they got as high as a 1.
