Stay away from any realtor doing business under the Prudential Fox & Roach banner. I was swindled by two of them from Pru-Fox's nearby Margate, NJ, office-- Mark Arbeit & Lou Solomon. These two teamed up with a convicted criminal, mini-Madoff mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. These three "Real Estate Professionals" yukked it up & high-fived it all around; they point to me as proof they're sooo slick & soooo smart they can unload even a toxic waste dump.You want some real yuks? Try to imagine the types of questions he was asking those poor little school boys in the middle of the night; imagine the look on his face & the tone of his voice as he did so; now that's genuinely funny stuff!The "takeaway" from all of this?
