Main issue is my magazines in the aparment mailbox were wet, wadded up, torn pages and generally unacceptalbe condition (appeared to have dropped into a puddle, grabbed up harshly and shoved into my box). I want my post office to show responsibility towards me the patron by offering to send one package for me, free of any and all charges as a gesture of good-will towards improving relationship, and customer satisfaction.
