Was dealing with cliff regarding a credit application. My wife and i were told they would call us back. We did not hear back anything. We called back the next day and were rushed off the phone and told that we would receive a call back. This happened the next day as well. Finally, my wife called to ask the status of the application. Was transferred to Raul. After stating our names, she was told "I will call you back, I can't talk at the moment." My wife stated "Can you make sure to please call me back because we have been promised a call back several times and no one has called us back". Raul stated to my wife rudely " You know what? We are not going to be able to approve you. I was going to try and work with you but your attitude changed my mind." My wife stated "Because we are asking you to call us back after being promised on several occasions that is having an attitude?" Raul stated "Yes, it's not going to work." My wife wished him a good day and ended the call. Although he was very disrespectful, we reflected on how rude this representative was and we are thankful that we did not do business with this company. i would not refer them to anyone o know!

Horrible customer service. Very negative manangment and how the business is presented and obtained is very unethical
