Mega Sound Car Audio and Glass Masters Window Tinting were founded in Ocala, FL February 1985. In 1997 the companies merged and incorporated under the name Mega Sound / Glass Masters, Inc. Mark & Chenita, both natives of Ocala, are the proprietors of MS/GM, Inc. We will continue to serve North Central Florida with quality products, services, and professionalism. I work for Deluca Toyota and I have sent many customers to Mark at Mega sound/Glass Masters for many years now and every one of them has been extremely satisfied with his personal and professional service.
He even went to my customers home, when he needed him to go over the navigation system (he had installed for him). customer was very impressed by that level of customer service, even though he had already showed him how the system worked at the time of installation.
Mark is truly a professional and just an all around awesome guy. I've been bringing my vehicles to Mega Sound since 1999 and it's always been top notch products and services. Even after moving out of the state for several years...Mark remembered me like it was yesterday. That to me shows excellent customer relationship, which is such a dying concept these days.
Mark recently did a full audio install and tint job on my wife's Chevy Malibu...looks and sounds amazing! He also did a full audio install with back up camera on my Ford Flex and I couldn't be happier.
