On 8/31/14 we went to Jenkins Acura in Ocala, FL. We have been car shopping for a few weeks in the local area and have visited almost every used car dealership from the large luxurious ones to the small mom and pop ones. Yesterday we had the RUDEST salesman of every lot in Ocala. I'll refrain from using his name here but he was condescending and made SO MANY unnecessary rude comments throughout our time on the lot. It all ended with him walking away from us visibly shaking his head in front of us, like we had been a waste of his time. We are educated, employed middle age people who are ready to buy a car; we will now NOT be giving Jenkins Acura our business. We've had pleasant and unpleasant experiences having been to so many lots, but nothing compared to this horrible salesman and how he made us feel; this is the ONLY lot we are taking our time to review. We called to speak to manager and never received a call back. Very disappointing!!!

We just leased our third Acura MDX. The sales person (Constance Ramsey) and the overall service during our sale was excellent. We have dealt with this dealer for 8 years and have only good things to say about their sales and service departments.
