I took my sewing machine in for repair on a Friday and they called me the next day to say it was ready, I was so excited that I would be able to finish my project before the weekend ended. The young lady that waited on me was so professional and gave me the price up front and there were no surprises when I picked it up. The machine works better now than ever.

Buyer beware.

We brought our Dyson vacuum in because the suction seemed to be slightly lower than when we first bought it. A woman explained they clean and lubricate everything for $69.00. + Tax and the machine will work as good as it did when you first purchased it. She removed the vacuum from the car and said to pick it up in two days.
My Girlfriend went in to pick it up and they said they did the work but it also needed new belts and a clutch and if I did not pay the additional money they would keep the machine.
I called and spoke to a person named Scott and I told him we should have been told about the additional work before they did it. He said if we do not pay the extra money he would keep the machine.
These people are thieves.

When my old vac bit the final dust I went to the phone book to find a place that handled a specific brand I had read about.From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like they really wanted to make me happy and have my business for a long time. They showed me several brands and styles and helped me make an informed buying decision. I am very pleased with my new vacuum and the level of service I received. I will recommend them to anyone.

They come across as a company that just wants to make money off of their customers. They have taken service out of "customer service." They did repairs that the manufacture said should have been covered under warranty and charged us for these repairs. I did not find this out until the next repair was needed. If your manufacture allows you to take your product anywhere else, do so. Also, read other reviews on this company. I would have been wise to do so.

If you need repairs, don't go here

I brought my steam cleaner here to have it repaired, it wasn't dispensing water or soap except thru the attachment hose, it was also missing a rubber gasket. I paid 74.00 for a cleaning, which they said would take care of the problem. I had to bring the machine back the next day because it still was not working. 2 weeks later I got it back, it would dispense some water but no soap. They supposededly fixed it then. Told me that it was my fault, that I was not cleaning it properly, just went to use it for the first time since I got it back, it barely despenses water and soap, had to use the attachments in order to use it again. I give up, I am throwing the machine out and buying a new one. If you need repairs, save your money and don't go there. They did say that if I had any more problems to come back. But after 3 try's...

I was a victim, or should I say my new Kirby was a victim, of the Citrus Sew Fire. I had brought it in for a belt and after a week's time had passed, my Kirby was not only STILL not repaired, but burnt to a crisp. Weeks and weeks passed before the company finally contacted me and when they did, it was to say they were replacing my vac with a refurbished Kirby. I was quite upset with this considering I had brought them a 3 month old Kirby with only a torn belt. However, as a business owner myself, I tried to see this from their perspective and didn't want to make too much of a fuss. I arrived to pick up my refurbished Kirby and was then slapped with a bill for my original Kirby's repairs!! Repairs that were obviously not done or else I'd have had it back home and not bar-b-q'd.... I explained that it was absolutely crazy not only to have been without any type of vac or carpet cleaner for weeks or months, then to have to humbly accept a refurbished Kirby with God only knows what type of

BEWARE!!!

I took my sewing machine in to be repaired. I went in the next day to pick it up and paid for the repairs. When I tried using it that evening it was not fixed! The part that I was "charged" for was not replaced. I took it back in the next day, the manager, Susan was not apologetic nor embarrassed about the situation. She started making excuses for the tech! I was told the next day that the part was suppose to have been ordered(it wasn't) and that it should be in the next week.Two weeks later the part is still not in, so I asked for my sewing machine back(This was on a Thursday). Susan told me I couldn't have it!! That it was not at their store and that when the part came in she would call me. At this point I called the Citrus Co Sheriffs Dept. She told them that I could pick up my machine the next morning. I got a phone call at 4:55pm (they close at 5pm) and Susan told me that the tech was taking a long weekend off and was not bringing my machine. So it would not be at h

This place ********

I took my vacuum there last year right after Thanksgiving. I was lucky to get it back almost 4 weeks later. I was originally told that it would only take a week. I had to continually call & check on the status of the part ordered. NO ONE bothered to call me & advise me of the status, even after promising to do so. Then when I did go to pick it up all of my attachments were MISSING. They insisted they did not have them, but as I walked towards the repair area, they suddenly "Found" a set that they insisted came from another vacuum. I found this odd, especially as they had the same chip and white markings as mine did. The cost of the repairs was half the cost of the vacuum new & my husband had to repair the belt after bringing it home. I will NEVER go back. I now go to a small vacuum store on maricamp.

Really Bad Service!

NEVER AGAIN - What terrible service. The person who works in the shop when you drop off items for repair is the rudest person I have ever met. They just want you to buy a new machine and not bother them with repairs. They do not return calls as promised - we explained that the bobbin thread kept breaking and the tension was messed up. They explained that the the mechanisms needed replacing - we asked them to do it and agreeded to the cost, however, when we picked it up - the ticket said the machine worked and nothing needed to be repaired. We were charged a service fee of close to $100 no parts were replaced and the machine worked exactly as before. They did not FIX anything. The tension was messed up and the bobbin thread kept breaking. When I called them - the owner/manager said that they didn't want me to have to put money into an old machine.
