I take my 1 year old to this place a couple of weeks ...to be told by a "doctor" (which I use this term very loosely as she had terrible hygiene both physical and oral ... poor appearance not professional at all) that my daughter who is teething and been on a couple different antibiotics over the last 2 months for a ear infection... that she can die due to dehydration and she has a parasite that is killing her. I tell her that NO she has issues with her ears and that we are being referred by her pediatrician to a ENT specialist but the only reason we didn't go see her was due to her being out of town for the week and her staff suggested my daughter be seen by AN urgent care to make sure it wasn't her ear again and to provide a school/work note ... the "doctor" refused to do so... stating she cannot be cleared because she has an infectious parasite and she would have to stay home until it was gone... the front desk staff couldn't believe how she was being because my daughter was in a cheerful playful and laughing mood and they said she was perfectly fine and provided a school note on their own... and 2 weeks later. . DCF knocks on my door.. that I didn't show enough concern about my baby .... You know ... after 4 kids you would think I would know when my child is seriously ill and when they are fine....So to Carespot... This was my 1st and ONLY time ever coming to you and you can be well aware that everyone and anyone I come in contact will hear about this.... (Yes I have video and photos of my daughter that day... which yes I showed the DCF worker... of her laughing and smiling and being my Bryn babyy... )
I went online and made an appointment. I got in immediately when I got there. I was feeling better within a few days.

Went in on a Saturday at 4pm with a fever and cough. I was one of 3 in waiting room and witnessed patients coming from the back to ask how much longer before being seen. They charged me before I was seen by their staff. The Nurse or technician asked me my height weight and if I smoked or drank. Then wrote down my oxygen level and Blood pressure on a piece of blank paper. He then asked what medicine if any did I take. Not only did he write it on a piece of his blank sheet of copy paper he wrote down the wrong dosage. I then saw a doctor who told me it was viral and not to worry if symptoms persisted or got worse to call back. I did just a few minutes ago because my symptoms are a little worse. Receptionist at the desk told me becasue they dont keep the same doctor that I would have to pay another "URGENT CARE" rate. This in case your wondering is $120.00 per visit. Thats what your copay is with health insurance. NEVER GO HERE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL & A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
