I don't know how to tell you my story with ASAP Garage Doors, but I will try to tell you
I have an old house, 1979, original garage door, so you can imagine. I called ASAP Garage Doors in Ocala, Fl. in 2012, they gave me an estimate of 1,000 dollars, my garage door is small. I did not do the job. The garage door was fine until October of 2022 when it folded like an accordion. I said, ok, I still have this company's name: ASAP Garage Doors, and I also had the estimate from 2012. I was so afraid that the Garage Door was going to cost me a lot more because of inflation. To my surprise, not only did I find them to be the most honest company that I have ever dealt with, but the price only went up about 486 dollars more which I think it's very resealable when everything is so expensive. To make a long story short, today, they installed my garage door, and it's beautiful, a phenomenal job. The guy who came was super professional, answered any questions I had. Of course, I let him alone to work, but what an amazing experience. I am older, so I am always worry of people trying to take advantage, but this company made me feel like family. I did have small conversation with two of their employees or owners, don't know, and they made me feel like I was their mom and they were looking out for me... God Bless!
