I dont know what is wrong with your company but if i were applying for a job here- DONT DO IT!! I would think you would care more about good work ethics and lolyal employees rather than who has quick "computer skills" really?? You would think it would be more important on the knowledge of running the actual machine- mechanical skills- good work ethics and people who are dependable and will show up for a good days work- but shove somebody out the door because they need more than 5 days to master a computer,,,really...that is sad and this is what our country has lowered itself to- you will be hiring young chaps who do not want to really work- thats saad when a company lowers itself to that and you have NOTHING to be proud of- have a great day
