It's name was conceived because of it's convenient location on Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park near Dixie Highway, as your Commercial Boulevard Self Storage Center, or "Commercial Center" for short. Self Storage was only the beginning. This storage facility grew into more than just self storage units and air conditioned self storage lockers. Warehouse storage is an added plus for the convenience of residents or businesses who are in need of larger storage space. Some of these warehouse units are dock height for easy loading and unloading of trucks.
