They don't even deserve 1 star. My friends and I called to make appointments for my friend's birthday and the owner was very nice and told us that it was no problem to do it on Sunday, for all three of us and got the confirmation text the day before. We went we couldn't find the place at all, and the spa would not answer the phone. Finally we found it, it was in a kind of creepy place, with trees hiding it. There were no cars in the lot and the door was locked. We were ringing the bell, knocking and even pounding on the door, and calling them on the phone repeatedly for at least 20 minutes. We left finally and my friend was very disappointed, because this would be her first spa experience. We left them messages, they never called back to explain or offer any kind of compensation or apology, we wrote a review on their website and they just deleted it. Do not ever, EVER, go to this place. It's creepy and they obviously couldn't care less about their clients.
