Our stores offer tire brands from Cooper, Goodyear, Maxxis, B F Goodrich, Michelin and Bridgestone. We also stock ATV and lawn & garden tires from Titan, Carlisle, Maxxis and Greenball. Glotfelty Tire Centers offer one stop vehicle maintenance including tire rotation flat repairs, shocks, struts, suspension service, oil filter changes, transmission and cooling system flush. The tires have been wonderful, however the customer service leaves little to be desired! I am a female and it appears to me that the majority of the people with whom I've had contact at glotfeltys assume that my place is in the kitchen or caring for children as opposed to fixing what is wrong with my vehicle. I was talked to as I am ignorant and when I asked for the services I thought were necessary(tires balanced)close to the end of the day, they put my truck up on jacks and told me I needed new tie rod ends. I changed them and of course my truck still shook so bad that I had to borrow a vehicle until the weekend and I wasn't working and could get the tires balanced. I can get good tires else where as well as good customer service. I plan to do just that. I've done most of my own vehicle maintenance since I got a vehicle 14 years ago. Ridiculous!!!
They are reasonably priced and had a fast turnaround time. The problem that I had was that items came up missing out of my car. I also had neon lights installed under my car and they were broken in the process of getting my tires replaced. I have found out that since then the person has been let go. Knowing this, I may use their services again.
