I made a huge mistake going to Geek squad to have my Gateway laptop repaired, I was very desperate as my computer died right after Christmas and I don't have a backup system. Plus, I have some extremely important data that's too hurtful to lose but guys at YY Computer (referred by a buddy, should have turned to Yelp sooner before visiting Best buy) fixed my laptop, got my data saved and had the system running back in 2 days, YES 2 DAYS as opposed to approx. 1 month estimated by "Geek Squad geniuses". You know what's also excellent about guys at YY store? Their prices are more than reasonable (cost me $150 to have everything fixed on my laptop, meanwhile I was told by GS that it would cost at least $400 to replace the mother system board for my computer and even more to recover my data). These guys are truly amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm not computer literate but they won't make you feel like an idiot when talking about my computer problems. Will definitely use them again
